How can I solve (1/5)^m*(1/4)^18=5*10^-36 for m without using a calculator?

This question was the first asked in an official GMAT practice exam, and should therefore be of only medium difficulty, but I am completely at a loss as to how it can be solved without a calculator (ideally within two minutes).
