failed GMAT 3 times :(?

I appeared in GMAT exams 3 times and failed badly. I didn’t scored even 400 in these three attempts.

I studied
Official guide 11th edition.
Princeton Review
Practice a lot in GmatPrep Software

I really want to get 550 in my GMAT. Please give me your suggestion. My Math part is fine but verbal part is horrible.
